Reservation Information

 

 

Our dining experience is social and immersive, creating a night to remember. We will have one seating per evening, with arrival from 6:30pm and service starting at 7pm sharp.

 

At this time, we are unable to accommodate for allergies or dietary intolerance, so we can ensure perfection for our 12 course tasting menu. Please see below regarding information on allergies on our menu.

 

We also are offering both a wine pairing and mocktail pairing, with wines carefully selected by our sommelier to pair perfectly with each course, or if you are not drinking alcohol our hand crafted mocktail pairing is an excellent choice to further explore the flavors of Colorado. 

Please note: some items on our menu are served raw or undercooked, or may contain raw or undercooked ingredients, including meat, fish, or eggs.

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

Some of the dishes on our menu do include major allergens. The nine major food allergens are Milk, Eggs, Fish, Crustacean Shellfish, Tree Nuts, Wheat, Peanuts, Soy, and Sesame.
